Conditions of sale

Our various enchanting sites are exclusively intended for adults who wish to find a haven of peace to relax in peace. In order to guarantee you the most pleasant stay possible, here are some recommendations to follow :

At your reception, you will be asked for an identity document as well as a deposit check of 250€ and we will give you the keys to your rental while presenting your accommodation to you. We remain available throughout your stay to meet your expectations.

Any complaint, loss or damage will be invoiced to you.

The number of adults accepted is 2 maximum. No additional person will be allowed inside our rooms for security reasons.

Arrival: 2 p.m. / Departure: 11 a.m. Dream House (send an sms 30 minut before).

Arrival: 4 p.m. / Departure: 12 a.m. Impérial Azur (send an sms 30 minut before).

In case of delay, we thank you for informing us as soon as possible at 06.77.56.55.19.

In the event of an unjustified absence, change of mind or absence of a deposit check, the accommodation will be re-rented immediately and you will lose your rental without the possibility of reimbursement.

By your payment, you confirm your full agreement with our general conditions of sale which are available on our website. Agreeing to these rules is mandatory to get your room keys.

All our rentals are non-smoking, please respect this instruction. 

For reasons of hygiene, animals are not allowed in our hypoallergenic rooms. 

We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal effects.  

Please respect the tranquility of the premises: accommodation and spa. Festive and noisy activities are not tolerated and we will invite all people who do not respect our rules to leave us immediately without financial compensation.
